Pakistani Women in 21st Century
A seminar in January 2019, was conducted in Narowal with Collaboration of University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Narowal Campus. It was titled as “PAKISTANI WOMEN IN 21ST CENTURY”. The objectives included making the women impetus in every field of life and their rise up in positive way. Ideas were shared about how women contribute in society? Which problems they face and what may be the solution to them? What can be guides for them and so many others.
Moe than 250 females students from UET, SAHARA MEDICAL COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF NAROWAL and NAROWAL PUBLIC SCHOOL attended the session.
The topics under consideration:
❇ Education and Marriage
“After education females are not allowed to do jobs or pursue their field.”
❇ Mistaken Ambition
“Females are typically not allowed to follow their very own ambition, usually they end up being a teacher or so and only if they are allowed to, how to react in such situations.”
❇ Speak Up
“Females are taken weak and usually they don’t know how to react or speak up against harassment and such issues”
❇Face Challenges
“This has become tradition that women have to face a lot of challenges in every aspect of life, they need to learn how to face the challenges and grow winning against them”

The organization not only provides me the platform to present my skills also taught me how to become an effective leader.
