Our Story

Inception
Once upon a time… okay, you’re right, this isn’t one of those stories. Our story began with a problem: our founder had a problem with the large reserves of youth energy going nowhere. He wanted to channel it for good and direct it towards more fruitful pursuits and so the TAKMEEL PAKISTAN was born which has been our flagship since. We were supported more than we expected and the groundwork for TAKMEEL PAKISTAN was laid.

Multiplication
Many more youngsters dived in. They replicated, elevated and escalated the concept of youth leadership development in their domains. We partnered with many and, to our pride and joy, many spread their wings and learned how to fly, growing bigger as we watched.

Succession
Some ventures work while others don’t survive the test of time. Failure has been fundamental to our success. We have risked more than we could at times. However, through it all, we have created impact for the beneficiaries and always found learning and greater learning when we failed.

We were supported more than we expected and the groundwork for SoL was laid.

Affiliations
There were those who believed in us, became patrons of our work, enhanced it multifold and took us places: the sponsors, donors, philanthropists and experts. They helped us develop from a tiny passion-driven organization into a titan of youth and teacher leadership development.
I spend a lot of time thinking about how I can best serve our community and what unique I can do for our society and TAKMEEL PAKISTAN a forward-thinking non-profitable organization that aims to groom the youth for rapidly-growing world, is a best example of that. I believe life is all about another chance, if you can’t have it, just create it. For any chance you must have an ambition in your life and to achieve that ambition you must have a path to follow, If you can’t find a path, just create it. This is how you can achieve excellence in your life.

The journey started with TAKMEEL PAKISTAN almost 2 year back as a Graphics volunteer and at present I am the Head of GRAPHIC DESIGN team. Back then although I was motivated but wasn’t confident the way today I’m. Plus I can say for sure my Designing skills are more way polished then the First day. The organization not only provides me the platform to present my skills also taught me how to become an effective leader.
